What does the red "not allowed" icon mean?
There is a red "not allowed" icon on a Server Agent in my Server Tree. What is this? How do I remove it? This icon signifies that the service for the specific server is currently down/inactive/not running.  User cannot manage the service of a server if it has a “down” service status.

To enable the red "not allowed" icon manually:
  1. Select a Service, then select a server from the Server Tree.
  2. Disable the service using the “Stop service” button
  3. Refresh the screen  or select a different service, then select the service you disabled. The server you disabled should show the icon in the server tree.
The Agent can also automatically set this icon:
If the service was manually stop by user (not using ND), or otherwise crashed or was brought down outside of NetDirector while the agent cron job is running. The agent  cron job will detect this and send a message to the NetDirector Server Manager. The Server Manager will then change status of  the service to “Down”, and a NetDirector user will see this icon if they click the service.

To remove the icon, the user can start the service through Service status section:
  1. Click on "Server Info"
  2. Select the server you wish to restart the service on
  3. Click "Server Status". You should see the following screen:
  4. To restart the service, click the checkbox in the "Status" column next to "Off" and then click the "Start" button.
