Open Source Configuration Management Vendor Collaborates with Partners to Extend and Deploy Products
Cary, North Carolina – March 14, 2006 – Emu Software today announces several partnerships with leading technology resellers and integrators for its flagship NetDirector product. Through these partnerships, Emu Software ensures that customers can implement NetDirector as part of an integrated, end-to-end and customized Linux infrastructure solution.
“We have selected value-added resellers that understand the significance of open source and that see the need to offer enterprise tools to compliment this architecture and to more effectively manage open systems,” said Mark R. Hinkle, Emu's Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. “Additionally, we are seeking partners interested in extending the capabilities of the NetDirector framework with their own solutions to broaden the tool to manage a greater variety of services, all from one consistent interface.” According to Savoir-faire's Partnership Manager, Maxime Chambreuil “taking part in the development of NetDirector is the best way for us to deploy and customize it to the specific needs of Canadian and Quebecer companies and public administrations.”
